1. Get Invoice (Non-Freight Invoice)
Retrieving local and detention invoices is now easier than ever with our Get Invoice feature. In just three steps, you can access your invoices directly on ODeX:

Step 1: Go to the Invoice Dashboard and click "Get Invoice."

Step 2: Enter the B/L number for the required non-freight invoices.

Step 3: Click "Get Invoice" to retrieve your invoices instantly.
From there, you can easily download the invoice or initiate a payment plan. No more manual follow-ups or delays—your essential documents are just a few clicks away! Watch the tutorial here.
2. Receipt Generation
Managing receipts has never been easier. With our new feature, ODeX will automatically generate and release receipts for all ODeX-approved payments.
How it Works:

Once your payment is approved, the system automatically generates the receipt.

Visit the Receipt Dashboard to view and download your receipts.
This eliminates the need to manually collect receipts from Hapag-Lloyd, giving you a smoother and faster payment experience—all within the ODeX platform. Watch the tutorial here.
